Prices exempt from VAT under §19 UStG (German small-business regulation). Hour packages are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Lessons paid by your employer? That works too — invoicing can be arranged directly with them.
Good to Know
How does booking & payment work?
A 50% deposit is due at booking, before the first lesson. For single lessons, the remaining 50% is due right after the lesson. For hour packages, the deposit is credited against the total price, and invoices follow monthly based on lessons held.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before a lesson. Later cancellations or no-shows are billed at 50% of the agreed rate. If I have to cancel, you get a regular make-up lesson at no extra charge.
Do unused package hours expire?
Hour packages are valid for 12 months from purchase; unused hours expire after that unless a documented reason (e.g. illness) justifies an extension.
Can I end an ongoing package early?
Yes, with 2 weeks’ written notice. Lessons already taken are re-billed at the single-lesson rate instead of the package rate.
How are lessons held?
All lessons take place online via Google Meet. Duration and frequency are agreed individually. See the privacy policy for how your data is handled.
Can my employer pay for my lessons?
Yes. If your employer covers the cost, invoicing and scheduling can be arranged directly with them.
